Our Journey

Spirit Alchemy Collective is the evolution of Soul School Yoga, built upon a foundation of transformational education, global community, and heart-centered leadership.

Since 2020, our collective has guided hundreds of students through Reiki trainings, yoga teacher certifications, transformational retreats, women’s gatherings, and immersive healing experiences around the world. Through these offerings, we have supported individuals in deepening their connection to themselves, discovering their purpose, and stepping more fully into their authentic expression.

Founder Adayna Janelle, created Spirit Alchemy Collective as the next chapter of this vision: a home for healers, energy workers, seekers, and embodied leaders to gather, learn, and thrive together.

With over a decade of international travel experience & teaching and facilitating in Canada, Peru, Mexico, and Bali, Janelle has attuned hundreds of Reiki students and mentored countless teachers and facilitators along their path. Her approach bridges ancient wisdom traditions with modern psychology, ethical leadership, practical business mentorship, and embodied spiritual practice.

At Spirit Alchemy Collective, we believe healing spaces should reflect the diversity of the communities they serve. Founded and led by a Queer, woman of colour, our collective is committed to cultivating environments where BIPOC and LGBTQIA2s+ individuals feel genuinely welcomed, represented, celebrated, and safe to be themselves. Our faculty and community are made up of people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, creating spaces rooted in authenticity, belonging, respect, and meaningful connection.

    Reiki Master Teacher

    After an over decade of traveling and living in different countries, Adayna Janelle has woven her life experience, lessons in love, and deep understanding of communication into her healing practice. A certified Reiki Master with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and hundreds of Reiki attunements performed, she has successfully built her business into a school, an international container for education, transformation, and self-healing.

    As the co-founder of Soul School Yoga, Janelle has made it her life’s mission to travel the world teaching Reiki as a holistic technology for growth and evolution. She is not just a practitioner who learned Reiki and tucked it away. She lives, eats, and breathes this energy work. It’s her daily devotion, her path, and her way of moving through the world.

    Her mentorship is one that stands out because she’s not only teaching it, she’s embodying it. With a grounded, no-fluff approach, Janelle offers guidance that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of her students’ journeys. Through hands-on techniques and daily energetic practices, she helps others connect with source and step into their power. She also uses sound as a bridge, crystal singing bowls deepen the healing, amplifying the connection to self and spirit.
