Hands On Reiki Practice in Toronto

When you complete your Reiki certification in Toronto with Spirit Alchemy Collective, you are invited to participate in one of the city’s most supportive hands on Reiki practice communities.

Graduates have the opportunity to volunteer within a Reiki and restorative yin yoga experience hosted at Sweat and Tonic in Toronto.

These classes combine restorative yin yoga with live Reiki support. During long held poses, Reiki practitioners move throughout the room offering hands on energy healing to participants.

This setting allows new Reiki practitioners to work with many people in a single class, strengthening intuition, confidence, and energetic awareness.

Participants and instructors often provide direct feedback, making this an invaluable environment for skill development.

Volunteers receive two to three Reiki practice credits for each class they support. These credits contribute toward advanced Reiki training hours and ongoing practitioner development.

Sweat and Tonic regularly welcomes Reiki volunteers, offering consistent opportunities for hands on Reiki experience in Toronto.

Monthly Reiki Mentorship Included

All students who complete Reiki certification with Spirit Alchemy Collective receive complimentary access to our monthly online collective Reiki mentorship.

    After a over decade of traveling and living in different countries, Adayna Janelle has woven her life experience, lessons in love, and deep understanding of communication into her healing practice. A certified Reiki Master with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and hundreds of Reiki attunements performed, she has successfully built her business into a school—an international container for education, transformation, and self-healing.

    As the co-founder of Soul School Yoga, Janelle has made it her life’s mission to travel the world teaching Reiki as a holistic technology for growth and evolution. She is not just a practitioner who learned Reiki and tucked it away. She lives, eats, and breathes this energy work—it is her daily devotion, her path, and her way of moving through the world.

  • Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a form of hands-on healing that originated in Japan. It is a deeply relaxing experience that eases pain, tension, stress and balances the energy centres (chakras) of the body. It speeds the healing of injuries, gently realigns and detoxifies the body, and aids in the recovery from emotional trauma. Reiki healing can provide long-term relief because it heals at the source of illness, whether it is at the physical, emotional or mental level.  The word Reiki means universal life force energy.
