I was a complete beginner to Yoga, and at the time being an out of shape middle aged woman with some physical limitations I really didn’t think that I would be able to do it. Janelle’s small personalized classes helped me develop my yoga confidence and although her classes are challenging she encourages you to be mindful of your body and I appreciate her gentle adjustments and suggestions with blocks and band in order to be able to stretch yet not strain. I take her classes once a week and love it! I never dreamed I’d become attracted to yoga but I love the atmosphere in Janelles Classes, as it feels very personal and warm. Also Janelle’s sound bowl meditations are amazing! She is a very caring and gifted teacher and I look forward to my practice there every week!
